Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, Of course. We always give our customer 100% authentic and original products same as our website shown.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

We always give email to our customer the Order Receipt / Invoice instantly when anyone confirm any order from our website.

So you can see the receipt in your email or you can see order details or track order status from our account dashboard of our website.

How can I return an item?

We have easy return policy.

Firstly we always tell to our customers to receive the product after checking in front of the driver / delivery man.

In these case, if you find any problem with our products like : Products is not same or product has any defect, scratch, broken and not working you can instantly return the products to the driver and no need any delivery charge.

Secondly, if there is no problem with our products but you don't want to take the products. You can simply return the product to the driver with the delivery charge as written in the receipt or invoice.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, We will post it again and change the status of the product at "In Stock" from "Out of stock".

Where can I ship my order?

We deliver all over Qatar except : Al Ruwais & Al Shamal.

Around near 20km of Doha we deliver products within 2 days

 Out of 20km of Doha Like : Alkhor, Simaisma, Umm Garn, Al Shahaniya we usually deliver within 3 days.
